Day 1 (officially)
Well, I've been preparing myself for the beginning of this diet for the last 4 days, today is the official start! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. We all love pizza, but for every meal? Well, I've been testing those waters, and with the eating schedule of a slice every few hours, it's not that bad. I've yet to make any pizza for myself, I have instead use the chain pie that I found the nutrition info for in MyFitnessPal (great resource). For my size I was told I need to drink 2 gallons of water a day on top of 6 meals. But I had a trainer macro out my diet which tells me how much protein, carbs, fat and fiber I need for the day, and it's a little more on my workout days. I would suggest you go to a trainer or your local gym and ask if they can do that for you before you get started on this routine because it will be different for every person. Pizza was my breakfast and lunch today, got couple workouts in so far and I'm well on my way. Stay tuned for more updates.
